Aaron Latham-James
Co-Founder/CEO

Aaron is an Emmy Award-winning producer and technical manager with over 30 years of experience in multi-camera entertainment. He specializes in integrating advanced technology into traditional production environments and his career is marked by excellence in seamlessly fusing creativity with technology,


With a background in producing iconic 1990s music videos for artists like Notorious B.I.G., TLC, and Dr. Dre, Aaron transitioned into the broadcast and engineering sector, contributing significantly during roles at Panavision, Telecast Fiber, Panasonic, and VER. He's known for pioneering live multi-camera cinema solutions and has spent over the last decade as a multi-camera EP, line producer, engineer and technical manager for renowned artists such as Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey, The Foo Fighters, Muse, Kendrick Lamar, Amy Schumer, Felipe Esparza, and many, many more.

Brandt Wille
Co-Founder/President

Brandt is a highly accomplished and multi-talented producer with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. He has produced projects for clients such as Amazon, Netflix, HBO, and YouTube, and specializes in Multi-Cam Cinema productions.

Brandt has an impressive track record of producing some of the biggest Music Festivals in the US, which include Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, Tomorrowland, EDC, Gov Ball and Life is Beautiful. He has also worked directly with Artists such as Lady Gaga, Ye (Kanye West), Mariah Carey, Black Eyed Peas, Pit Bull, The 1975, Slash, Central Cee, New Kids on The Block and Burna Boy.

Mike Nichols Chief Growth Officer

Mike brings more than 20 years of experience driving strategic growth across live production, broadcast, and immersive media. He previously served as Business Development Manager at AbelCine, where he expanded client relationships, supported major productions, and built a reputation as a strategic connector fluent with creatives, engineers, and executives. He later founded Surella, building the company into a respected production services partner known for technical excellence and for delivering complex, high-profile projects with top-tier producers and networks, including Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow and NBC’s On Brand with Jimmy Fallon.

In his role as Chief Growth Officer at LCS, Mike will focus on expanding partnerships, driving new business initiatives, and scaling the company’s footprint across live, immersive, and experiential productions. His combination of entrepreneurial leadership, deep industry relationships, and technical fluency positions LCS for its next phase of growth.
